Before you call

Any power unit actively dispatched through Live Logistics. Trailers and other non-powered assets don't count toward your plan size.

Any truck that was active in Live Logistics at any point during a billing month counts toward that month’s truck total — even if it was only active for part of the month.

Additional trucks ($19.99 +tax/mo/truck) can be added to the Growth plan. Starter is fixed at 5 trucks — upgrade to Growth if you need to scale beyond that.

Growth includes EDI over AS2 and API & webhook access by default. On Starter, both are available as an add-on — contact sales for add-on pricing.

Yes. Move between the 5-truck and 10-truck plans whenever your fleet size or feature needs change.
